Logging in to the ISSS Portal

Overview

The ISSS Portal is the hub where international students and exchange visitors can communicate with ISSS, update their immigration documents and information, and report and submit requests and forms. Below is a guide with instructions on how to log into your ISSS Portal.

Logging in to the ISSS Portal with NetID and Password

  1. Access the ISSS Portal and select “Log In”

  1. Type in your UT NetID and password. For information on finding your NetID or setting up your password, please follow this OIT link: https://oit.utk.edu/accounts/netid/

Logging in to the ISSS Portal without NetID

If you do not have a NetID or do not have access to a NetID otherwise, you may not be able to log in using the steps above. In this case, please use our Logging in Without a NedID guide to access the ISSS Portal.
