Updating Information and Immigration Documents (ISSS Portal)
You can update your personal information such as contact information and emergency information as well as immigration documents, such as your passport, visa, and I-94 record directly in your ISSS Portal.
Log into your ISSS Portal using the Logging in to the ISSS Portal guide.
In your Home Page select the tile you would like to update. The tiles you can edit have the pencil-like Edit icons on the right side of the tile.
You can even add dependents, such as spouses and minor children by selecting the + icon in the Dependents tile.
When updating tiles that also require documentation, such as your passport, you will need to fill in the prompt and then upload the PDF file of the document. Select the “Upload” button to upload a new document.
Select the edit icon and follow the prompt. The prompt will automatically depending on the tile you would like to edit. Make sure to submit your changes by selecting the green “Submit.”
