Accessing iVols after your Net ID Expires

Youou can access iVols after your Net ID Expires using a Limited Access Personal Identification Number (PIN). Please follow the steps below.

Step One:

Go to https://ivols.utk.edu

Step Two:

Click “Don’t Have a Network ID?

Open

Step Three:

Click “Email me my Limited Access PIN.”

IMPORTANT - Don’t enter your ID, Date of Birth or click “Login” at this time

Open

Step Four:

Enter your UTK Student ID Number

Step Five:

Locate the email sent to you. The email will be sent to the email address on file in iVols. If you don’t receive this email, please contact ISSS to verify which email address is on file.

Step Six

Return to Login to Limited Services screen. Enter your ID, Date of Birth, and PIN.
